This commitment begins with Henri’s early years in Cape Verde, where community wasn’t just a value, it was a way of life. Beyond running a popular local bar that became a social hub, Henri organised events such as ‘Cape Verde Has Talent’ and beach fundraisers, using music, entertainment, and shared experiences to support children, communities and local charities. These moments shaped his belief that events can be a powerful tool for uplifting communities and creating real impact.

Building on that foundation, Triple Eight London continues to champion meaningful connections through charitable work and community initiatives. We are proud to be partnering with Empwr From Within, a South London charity committed to empowering individuals, nurturing talent, and strengthening communities.

Together, we aim to raise funds, build awareness, and create opportunities for those who need them most. Our plans include launching a series of in-house fundraising events, collaborating with our network of trusted suppliers, and promoting businesses and individuals with strong community ties.
