Yes. If you already have suppliers in mind, we're happy to work alongside them, provided they meet the event's requirements and standards.
Pricing & Payment
Absolutely. We'll work with your budget and advise on the best way to allocate it, suggesting options and alternatives where needed to get the most value.
Yes. We receive discounted rates from suppliers and negotiate the best possible pricing on your behalf wherever available. In many cases, clients benefit from better pricing, trusted suppliers and professional coordination, all without the hassle of managing multiple suppliers themselves.
Our coordination services are charged separately, but clients are not marked up on supplier services. Through our supplier network and negotiated rates, many clients achieve equal or better pricing than sourcing independently, with the added benefit of professional planning and support.
No. All coordination fees and costs are clearly outlined upfront, with full transparency throughout the planning process.

Yes. Client funds are held securely and released to suppliers in accordance with agreed terms and post-event confirmations where applicable.
Bookings & Changes
As early as possible, especially for popular dates or larger events. That said, we can also help with shorter-notice bookings depending on availability.
If plans change or issues arise, we'll work quickly to find practical solutions and keep everything on track. Clear communication is always our priority.
Yes. We're experienced in managing time-sensitive changes and last-minute requests, and we'll always aim to find practical solutions where possible.
Cancellation and postponement terms are outlined in your contract. We will always make reasonable efforts to:
